President Eisenhower, a proud son of Abilene, Kansas, understood that a strong transportation network was essential to America's future. His vision for the Interstate Highway System helped fuel generations of America's growth. In Kansas, we see that legacy every day. Interstate 70 runs through the heart of our State, connecting communities like Goodland, Colby, Quinter, Hays, Russell, Salina, Abilene, Manhattan, Topeka, Lawrence, and Kansas City.

Biography
Tracey Mann, a fifth-generation Kansan and former commercial real estate broker, was elected to represent Kansas’s 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2020. Mann focuses on strengthening American agriculture, supporting rural communities, and advocating for conservative fiscal policy. He serves on the House Agriculture and House Veterans’ Affairs Committees, and has introduced legislation to expand market opportunities for Kansas farmers. Mann approaches his role with a practical, district-focused style, working to ensure Kansans’ voices are heard in Washington.
