Biography
Kimberlyn King-Hinds is the Republican delegate to the U.S. House from the Northern Mariana Islands’ at-large district, first elected for the 2025–2027 term. An attorney by training, she arrived in Congress from territorial infrastructure and utilities regulation, having chaired the Commonwealth Ports Authority and served on the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission. King-Hinds is one of two Chamorro members of Congress, alongside Guam delegate James Moylan, giving the indigenous Chamorro community representation from both U.S. Pacific territories.
