Mr. Speaker, I rise today in support of H. Res. 1335. For far too long, fraud has run rampant through our federally funded, State-administered programs in States like mine, Minnesota. It has allowed bad actors to steal billions of hard-earned taxpayer dollars, taxpayer dollars meant to feed hungry children, taxpayer dollars meant to help with and assist low-income adults, taxpayer dollars that were intended to help veterans afford housing, and taxpayer dollars that were meant to provide affordable childcare.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today in support of my bill, H.R. 8881, the SBA Artificial Intelligence Utilization Act. In a time when artificial intelligence and machine learning continue to become more accessible and revolutionize the way businesses operate, it is important to ensure our Federal agencies adopt AI responsibly, especially in the SBA. This legislation requires the Small Business Administration to report its use of AI and machine learning within their operations, while also assessing the advantages and risks.
Mr. Speaker, I rise today in strong support of H.R. 1346, delivering on year-round, nationwide sales of E15. As a fourth-generation corn and soybean farmer from southern Minnesota raising that fifth generation and representing 21 counties in southern Minnesota, a very strong egg-producing district, I have had many conversations with my neighbor farmers. I know by hearing what they are telling me and firsthand in my own experience as a farmer that we are facing uncertainty in our input costs and uncertainty in the global markets. We need a new domestic opportunity for our corn.
